Khush was great at selling the home. The home sold itself because the space worked for us. After the property sold, the previous owner wanted to pass on their number so we could utilise the security system but that number never got passed on. Once we moved in, we asked Khush to contact the previous owners as they had said they would bring back the tv brackets that were half on the wall and half still on the Previous owners tv. Khush did not get in touch with them and instead by luck, the previous owner returned to get their mail and they had advised Khush never contacted them. Disappointing that once the house sold, the willingness to be accommodating diminished. When replying to requests after the deposit was paid, the responses were usually, “k” which I expect from a friend but not a professional.

Khush was very good at having a relaxed demeanour when we were looking at our new home. It was a daunting experience committing and buying our first house. The experience was made very easy and the day we saw the house, it had everything we were looking for to suit 3 generations living under the same roof. Khush was relaxed the whole time and that made us relax as well and appreciate what we were about to buy into - a family home for years to come!
