Ed Balfour acted as my real estate agent, and I have the highest praise for both him and Theo Polous. Ed was always available either in person or at the other end of the phone, and if I felt guilty about tagging him too much then there was always assistance to be had from his Katoomba office. Just like John Steed from the original ‘Avengers’ series, Ed was knowledgeable, never fazed, and relentless (he also comes immaculately presented, which enhances his likeness to Steed!). While I am an extremely satisfied vendor, I’m certain that the purchaser is also equally as satisfied with the outcome of the sale, testament to the integrity of Ed and the Theo Polous team.

Ed tried his best for me and acting between the buyer and tenant. I am very happy with his service, performance and support, at present the property market is not the best as well as the complication around the globe. and many factors. There were obviously some logistical problems with selling a house that we did not live in, with little knowledge of local tradespeople to carry out the essential work required to put the house on the market.
