Eddie is definitely a top estate agent, he is very knowledgeable, supportive and easy going. He knows the selling/buying whole process and can also see the details at the same time. I found a roof board broken when I did the hourse inspection and reported this to him, he immediately notified the landlord to fix it soon. Very efficient. I wanted to have an extra inspection on sunshines shade before making the initial offer, he immediately arranged the extra house inspection to address my concerns. Very nice. I have some worries on the offer, he kindly analyzed the market trends, house location, surrounding amenities etc to figure them out. Worries gone.
