When we decided to sell our property we noticed that Eddie had a good track record of achieving good sales in our area, Narre Warren South. During our first interview with Eddie, he was very professional. Right away picked up the strong points of our home and we noticed he had a very good market knowledge of our neighbourhood. He promised us he would do his best and he did not disappoint. He attended our home photo shoot and had a lot of input to offer on the photos and choice of photos for our brochure. Eddie attended our first home open on a Saturday afternoon with his colleague. After the home open, he kept us updated on how it went, who were the prospective buyers etc. Next few days he followed up with the first group of buyers. Our home was sold to one of those buyers that week even before our second home open. We believe our home sold in just one week due to a combination of Eddie's hard work, experience and connection with his buyers plus our own effort to present our home well. My wife and I are very pleased with Eddie. We will definitely hire him again if we sell again. We have no hesitation of recommending him for this area.
Eddie did ok in the selling of my home. Although taking a lot long to sell and NO where near the original price was mentioned to winning the contract, he did in the LONG RUN manage to get a fair price- over the likes of Stockdale & Leggo & agents like Hardcourts I would think Eddie did ok
