It was not just the way they managed the campaign but it was there attention to detail whether it was for open homes, prospective buyers and us the Vendors expectations. Eddy was not your typical "salesperson" and we never felt pressured at all, there was lots of friendly banter and a good understanding of what we wanted. They made us feel relaxed throughout the whole process. The house was well looked after during open homes and they didn't try and ask us to have people coming through out of these times. The weekly reports provided to us were very detailed which is not always the case. He arranged a coffee cart for the auction day, so that was a nice little touch. Eddy was excellent on auction day and his negotiation skills were on display plus his stamina running up and down our stairs! He achieved the best price for our home and we were so pleased but of course a little sad to be leaving our wonderful home. The house sold for around the price stated in the beginning so they are straight shooters. Christina the stylist was great and made the house look amazing. I nearly took it off the market it looked so good. I would recommend Eddy and the team to all potential families who would like to sell their house with no fuss and no pushy sales people. BTW Eddy wears short stylish pants, no socks and this is another reason I went with him. LOL
