The weekly reports provided to us were very detailed which is not always the case. He arranged a coffee cart for the auction day, so that was a nice little touch. He achieved the best price for our home and we were so pleased but of course a little sad to be leaving our wonderful home. Eddy and his team have been amazing throughout this whole process. The Communication was great and we were kept in the loop with everything. The house sold for around the price stated in the beginning so they are straight shooters. Christina the stylist was great and made the house look amazing. I nearly took it off the market it looked so good. I would recommend Eddy and the team to all potential families who would like to sell their house with no fuss and no pushy sales people. BTW Eddy wears short stylish pants, no socks and this is another reason I went with him. LOL
