He was super proactive in following up the strata reports, always returned my calls and when we entered the bidding phase, this is where he shined above other agents. While I know the agent represents the seller, he still very much looked after me in the process and was really helpful in communicating what the seller wanted to get my offer over the line! I definitely would recommend using Eddy in the future if I was selling. And if you are buying, his bidding process is extremely fair and clear. After placing the winning bid, Eddy was extremely patient in waiting for my contract signing and payment (as I was at work at the time). He didn't pressure me and was happy to wait until 12am for me to get back from work, to sign the contract. Nothing was ever an issue. Highly Recommended agent. We need more agents like this!
