Eddy was great to work with from start to finish! He was super proactive in following up the strata reports, always returned my calls and when we entered the bidding phase, this is where he shined above other agents. After placing the winning bid, Eddy was extremely patient in waiting for my contract signing and payment (as I was at work at the time).
