Edwin Wang

I came across the property after weeks of searching and countless of inspections. The moment I entered the property, the moment I felt right just the feeling I cannot described. I met Edwin and Michelle from Ray White who were at the property for inspection and spoke to them, honestly we did not have our finance sorted out by then. I just told Edwin I was serious and I really like the property. Edwin referred me to the mortgage broker (Mingyang) who is also excellent, we worked round the clock to get my documents ready and to my amazement, all were done within just 7 days until I get the bank approval. So I can confidently put an offer to the property. Edwin also referred me to the solicitor (Vivienne from Sun Lawyers) who helped me with the legal aspect of the purchase, again with an excellent services. Michelle (Edwin's staff whom I liaised during the process) is also very helpful and professional, she has a friendly demeanor and no doubt that she is an excellent property agent. In all, I feel like my purchase experience was as easy as one touch of a button and everything else run automatically. It's like just running a machine, once the on-button is touched, all I need to do is wait for the result. It was really a hassle free. I highly recommend Ray White Waterloo for your property matters. This is a genuine recommendation from a very happy client. Thanks Edwin and Michelle.

Edwin is always full of passion and patience, very strong in leadership, execution and logical thinking, very serious and responsible in doing things, I am very satisfied that he helps me sell my apartment as my agent.

Great team has been thinking thoroughly for customers. The team assisted with a very smooth settlement with no hassle. Thanks for the service!

Edwin is a professional, dedicated and passionate agent. It is enjoyable to have our property listed by him.

As a purchaser its not often you come across an agent who has your needs in mind, usually they only care about the vendor. Edwin did a great job to strike a deal that was acceptable to both parties, he took extra time with us where needed and went the extra step throughout the process.

Great maket knowledge，very experience！！
