Once upon a time: I attended an open home where I met the most enthusiastic real estate agent “El” Chapter 2: Made the decision to sell my little townhouse, I contacted El immediately. If you want a real estate that does not give you BS or only interested in commissions, then Eli and the “Better” team are for you. El and Michelle treat you like a friend, they tell you how it is, they don’t blow smoke up your butt, but once you deal with them you will be blowing smoke up theirs. 😊 They are the type of people you would like to hang out with after work and have a few laughs. They make you feel so stress free. El got ‘me’ and what I wanted and tailored the sales campaign around this. They have the best styler “Flynn”. I was hesitant to use styling, but if I can say one thing, use it, forget the cost, it will make your home look amazing. Chapter 3: 7 Days WTF, 7 Days, El had my house sold, I could not believe it. Chapter 4: Please if there is one thing I implore you to do with El and the Better team is “TRUST THE STRATEGY” & “TRUST THE PROCESS” The End!!!!!!!!

Ahh, finding a real estate agent - not a great time, right? Some of them are slimy, some feel pushy and are more interested in their commission than actually doing a good job - so I figured I'd do some research and find out what's "Better" about these guys. And lemme tell ya - turns out it's just about everything. No review will do them justice, but El, Renee and Michelle were a breath of fresh air, and frankly, just beautiful humans (my dog Casper can vouch for this too). They're not just amazing at their job - they also share similar values, hold themselves to a high standard and give selflessly back to their local community, which is not something I expected to find, but was a wonderful bonus. As for the sale itself, the whole process was SO easy and felt largely stress free. El has a no-bullshit, honesty first approach with her appraisals that's not common in the industry. These guys worked so hard and got me an amazing result in less than a month, while equivalent units in my building that were on the market first haven't moved. I am so, so grateful for the communication, support, results and friendship that Better brought to this whole process - I wouldn't consider anyone else to sell my next property - it's in their name, they're just so much Better 🌸
