As first home buyers we were navigating completely unknown territory, We found Eliana to be a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful as she guided us through the process for bidding at an auction that we couldn't attend in person, and was happy to answer and clarify all our questions. She was also very understanding towards the end of our settlement period when there was an issue with our bank and our settlement did not go ahead as scheduled and had to be rebooked a couple days later.
