I needed my home sold as a matter of urgency. To make her job difficult, I wasn't willing to compromise on sale price. Also, it was Christmas time. So, I wasn't the only person in a rush. In addition, Eliana was required to liaise between myself and a part-owner in the home who lives interstate. No easy task..... Somehow, Eliana sold the home in under two weeks, after only two open home inspections, at a sale price above my expectations. She is always available, (i'm certain I could have called her at her own wedding and she would have picked up), updates on progress came seamlessly, and despite my outlandish requests Eliana always obliged without promising the impossible.
