We had sought to downsize and sell our large family home. Eliana was infested in us as people and easy to talk with. She was engaged and persistent in doing was was needed. At each stage she asked " What can I do to help" In this respect a particular aspect of note was that she organised various trades making arrangements with trades to enable preparation of the home for sale. This was in two respects on a deferred payment basis being something we could not obtain from other agents. Up to the auction date she was across values and reserve price options and gave us useful and relevant advice.At the stage of a lower bid she and the auctioneer handled the buyer well.
