We had sought to downsize and sell our large family home. Eliana was infested in us as people and easy to talk with. She was engaged and persistent in doing was was needed. She is more than a good agent. She saw her job as working with us from one stage to another . At each stage she asked " What can I do to help" In this respect a particular aspect of note was that she organised various trades making arrangements with trades to enable preparation of the home for sale. This was in two respects on a deferred payment basis being something we could not obtain from other agents. Up to the auction date she was across values and reserve price options and gave us useful and relevant advice.At the stage of a lower bid she and the auctioneer handled the buyer well. Eliana sold my wife and I our first home. She is an extremely good communicator and very open and upfront with her approach. At no stage did my wife and I feel like we were being left in the dark about anything. Eliana helped us navigate through what was initially a fairly difficult and stressful process.
