I initially put my house on the market through another agent. It failed to get any interest over a three month campaign, which was very disturbing and worrying. I was contacted by Elle Taylor from Avalon Professionals, as well as other local agents, who noticed the house wasn't selling. Elle instantly appealed to me with her fresh and bright enthusiasm. I chose to go with Elle and the Professionals and within 24 hours the ball was rolling. As I was overseas for the sale period Elle took over all responsibilities including styling the house immaculately bringing out its strongest features. She organised and oversaw any repairs that had to be done and communicated with me regularly, so at all times I knew what was going on. This was an enormous relief and made the sale period far less stressful. Virtually within a week, Elle had taken more people through the house than over the entire previous three months.
