Emily has a wealth of experience from which she draws her various strengths whether it is to assess your property, advise you how to present it or pace you through your optimum price pitch. She is painstakingly careful in everything she does especially in explaining rules, the sales procedure, what you can expect to experience and, often, to reduce your expectations in terms of visitor turn-out. Emily has been there and definitely done it, many times over and it shows in her strike-rate; she is very familiar with her catchment area, the social demographics of her backyard and if she makes a suggestion it's just Emily in fine-tuning mode.
