Emily has a wealth of experience from which she draws her various strengths whether it is to assess your property, advise you how to present it or pace you through your optimum price pitch. She is painstakingly careful in everything she does especially in explaining rules, the sales procedure, what you can expect to experience and, often, to reduce your expectations in terms of visitor turn-out.
Emily has been there and definitely done it, many times over and it shows in her strike-rate; she is very familiar with her catchment area, the social demographics of her backyard and if she makes a suggestion it's just Emily in fine-tuning mode.
Emily is very dedicated. Like Chris, she'll knock on your door fifteen minutes before time to 'set up' the table and check your home is ship-shape before she presents an open house session. She will follow up with phone calls and emails just to place you on the same page. Emily is refreshing in her honesty especially if she feels a target price is a tad excessive.
Emily is loyal; if she is in your corner, with all the ferocity of a mama bear in protecting her cub she will look after you (I have chosen my words well).
Emily sold our home for us (God bless her cotton socks); I do not envy her the perspiration she put in but Lyn and I were ecstatic with the cheque she brought home.
