Buying any properties can either be a great and wonderful experience or one which may haunt you or leave you with an unforgettable feeling for some time We loved this house because of the spaciousness it offers,the location and surroundings but most importantly the agent We first met onsite during one of the opening "Emily at Laing & Simmons" She was polite,comforting and actually an agent who grew up in the area and have been very successful plus sound knowledge of the suburb surroundings as she explains proximity of schools for the kids,major retail stores and shops and furthermore parks and recreation We are so fortunate and glad to have met Emily and listen to her advise in coming to the auction and securing this lovely property now we call OUR HOME!!!!!
