We engaged Biggin Scott Richmond to handle the sale of my elderly aunt's residence of 50 plus years. Emily was assigned to look after the sale preparation, open inspections etc I found Emily to be right across all aspects of the sale process. As i live 400 km from the property I appreciated that she was able to arrange for a good gardener to come in and clean up an overgrown garden and remove all excess house contents and rubbish.
