It is when things go pear-shaped that you really appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and understanding of your Agent. Things were spiralling down-hill for us, until Emily came to our Rescue. Eager to sell our property....( Well, a little over- eager really ).. my husband set an Auction Date that was totally unrealistic, when we really analysed what renovations were required prior to the sale of one of our Richmond properties. Very diplomatically, both Emily and her manager guided us towards a more Do-Able time- frame. That took an enormous amount of pressure off, and enable us to present the property in a much more favorable way, and I have no doubt added greatly to our financial return. It was this Stylist that really bought everything together for us. We had already sold two properties in Richmond, and thought we had a good understanding of the area. Dealing day to day in the area, and with a genuine passion for her chosen career, Emily was able to bring us up to date with the changes that had occurred We were totally Wow-ed by the advertising.
