Emily Whitehead Review I was the POA acting for the Vendor. Due to unfortunate family circumstances the ppty had to be sold. The sale of the ppty was held up for a few mths due to a problem with the ppty. Emily was very patient & understanding during the prolonged sale period, getting several "tradies" in for various jobs, and answering all my questions both before & after the sale in a timely & courteous manner. In the end, she managed to get a sale price which exceeded my expectations. In all, Emily made a bad situation a lot easier, for which I am so grateful.
