Although the market is red hot (for sellers) at present, I feel Ercan managed to squeeze an extra 10k over and above a sale price I had agreed upon. Customer focus and value for money is definitely there.

The one area he could show a little improvement (to get from 4 star to a 5 star rating) is to ensure communication lines are clear when he is away, which he was for a week during the preparation of our property. I have to say my dealings with Ercan Ersan have been first class!! He recently sold an investment property for me and as I needed to sell as quickly as possible he organised the painting, carpeting and styling of the apartment. I was most impressed how quickly he was able to get it all done so that marketing could commence as soon as possible. I left it all to him and his suggestions were spot on!!
