Ercan sold our property in Enmore and achieved a fantastic result for us. We found Ercan to be very honest, hard working and kept great communication with us throughout the whole campaign. We felt Ercan had a deep knowledge of the area and potential buyers so was the best agent to work with us on the sale of our home. We would recommend Ercan to anyone considering selling their property.
We selected Ercan to represent us in the sale of our property after meeting with three local agents. From our first conversation, it was clear that Ercan's knowledge of the local market and his intended approach to sell our house was second to none. We valued his directness, transparency and patience in guiding us through the sale process. What stood out most to us was the commitment Ercan demonstrated in ensuring that we achieved our desired sale price for the property. We recommend him without any reservations.
Ercan was shortlisted from a list of four we initially interviewed to sell my Mother's home. From the outset he impressed me with his enthusiasm to get the contract. Once the decision was made he and his team hit the ground running and we had offers coming in after one day. We decided to go to Auction and the marketing campaign and daily update were reassuring. Ercan gave us a realistic reserve price and he was spot on with us achieving $180,000 over the reserve. We can now move on to be able to afford our mother a nice place in a residential care home thanks to the efforts of Ercan and his team. Highly recommend. Richard
The right agent makes a huge difference to the end result! I chose Ercan Ersan from Ray White to be my selling agent on a recommendation from a friend. He made every step in the sale of my home a pleasurable and efficient process. Ercan set realistic expectations for the prospective buyers and nurtured them through the campaign, with 10 registered bidders on auction day. I received regular updates, making the anticipation of a good result even higher. In the end, I was not disappointed, getting $100K more than I imagined. He guided me through the process from start to finish with professionalism, expertise and calming advice when needed. I would recommend Ercan and the Ray White team to anyone selling their home - he gets results!
Ercan was a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our much loved home. He was attentive without being overbearing and gave knowledgable advice. We have no hesitation in recommending Ercan.
Ercan and his team are professional and responsive during the whole process. He kept me up to date with all the developments and helped me get a good price for my property in a seemingly flat market. I would highly recommend Ercan to people I know.
Ercan's sophisticated, uber approach attracted the right clientele for our property. His knowledge of the market in our area was impeccable and he was tenacious in pursuing our sale. The marketing was stylish in displaying all the positive features of the property. In addition to Ercan's expertise as an agent of real estate, he personalises the experience by taking an interest in your journey.
