Eric is professional yet provides genuine service. He is straight forward with the facts and easy to communicate with. He took the time out of his own personal time to answer our questions and even get the paper work done as quickly as possible.

This has been my first buying and selling experience, I first bought my house from Eric in 2015 and was lucky enough to sell it with him in 2021. Eric explained the entire process and nailed what he set out to achieve resulting in a super happy customer. Would highly recommend Eric to anyone!!

Eric was brilliant; he was honest about any potential property shortcomings and has a wealth of knowledge about the local area. He took his time to guide me, a first home buyer, through the process and was there every step of the way if I had any questions or concerns.

The selling of my property could not have been simpler or more professionally handled. From the moment I first met with Eric, I felt like I was his most important customer, and every time I dealt with a member of his staff I was treated the same - nothing was too much trouble. Eric's knowledge of the market, together with his obvious enthusiasm for helping his clients achieve satisfaction made the whole selling process so straightforward that the result I wanted was achieved quickly and with an absolute minimum of stress or fuss on my part. To Eric and his staff, thank you, and I wish you all continued success.

Overall experience of purchasing my first property with Eric was truly outstanding. Couldn’t of been happier with my purchase. During my viewing and interactions with him, he demonstrated his passionate and knowledgeable while being a strong advocate for the area which me confident in purchasing in the an area that I previously was not actively looking at. Throughout the process he was upfront, honest, open and transparent. With every question I raised he responded to it in a timely manner.
