Having transacted many properties in the past not all experiences have had happy endings. From the initial meeting with Eric through to closing the deal Eric handled the whole process in a professional and friendly manner, his local knowledge and experience was second to none. We connected well which was a bonus and the constant feedback and communication assisted in a stress free transaction. We witnessed an agent earning his commission working late nights and weekends during Covid-19 restrictions with all the private viewings and through his large buyer data base to find us a purchaser.
