I was the owner of a next door apartment in a building and he contacted me to say that the unit was for sale, which I bought at auction. I would always contact the next door owners in any marketing campaign. He maybe should have contacted me a little earlier as 36 hours to get finance etc into place for an auction might not be feasible for some people.
