Professional and very diligent. Always following up with communication through the process

I would recommend anyone looking for a property to seek EITTIEN’s help

I recommend highly Ettiene because he was able to achieve a recent successful sale of our inner city apartment. In the present downturn in the housing market his advice was realistic with excellent follow through and regular feedback to keep me informed.

I was the owner of a next door apartment in a building and he contacted me to say that the unit was for sale, which I bought at auction. I would always contact the next door owners in any marketing campaign. He maybe should have contacted me a little earlier as 36 hours to get finance etc into place for an auction might not be feasible for some people. Overall, it is a good agent that contacts the nearby owners.

Trust agent with great market knowedge and respect for clients. Would definitely recommend Ettiene to any potential buyers and sellers.

From keeping me regularly in touch with the market throughout the year to seamless closing and excellent fast transactions. Thoroughly recommend this man !

I have bought and sold apartments with Morton. The team have always been a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend Morton Real Estate.

Would recommend Eitiene to others

Ettiene did a great job selling my apartment in a difficult market. I believe he got the best price possible. I recommend Ettiene to anyone considering selling an apartment in the Sydney CBD.

Ettiene was very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend him and use Morton and Morton again. Thank you Ettiene

Professional and a pleasure to work with

Met Etienne over a number of inspections, always knowledgeable and very willing to answer any questions and help us in the decision process. He was always super polite and a pleasure to work with. We made an offer that was accepted and he and Laura were very helpful, accommodating and professional throughout the whole process. We had a very good experience and would certainly recommend him!
