We could not have expected a better experience in selling our apartment. Ettiene and Laura were both exceptional and delivered a process that was free of drama and stress. Despite the market slowing considerably in the 2-3 months prior to the sale we ended up with a price that was at the upper end of our expectations - also 3 weeks before the scheduled auction date and only 10 days into the marketing campaign. While our apartment had many quality features I certainly observed the knowledge and preparation of the agents playing a strong role during the process. Some specific examples from the sale process would be: setting a realistic expectation about the likely sale price by using comparable recent market data, dealing with the tenants, working hard to significantly improve the presentation in preparation for the sale (we live in Melbourne and were not able to do anything ourselves), negotiating with interested buyers (giving rise to an increase from their original offers) and the excellent communication about the level of interest and the market situation specific to that particular week of the advertising campaign. I would not hesitate to recommend Ettiene and Laura. I've sold a number of properties over the years and this is the first time I've concluded that the agents commission was money well-spent!
