We met Evan at various 'open for inspections' in our local area over a few months and he was always very professional and friendly. Most importantly, if he didn't know the answer to a specific question he would not guess and flatly say, 'I don't know but I can find out', which he followed up promptly. When we expressed interest in a particular property the requested information was promptly sent to us. We chose to attend other auctions after this, just to have a bit of a look, as you do. He would greet us and chat with us about these other properties even though he knew full well that we were not there to buy. He also was very efficient in putting us in touch with a property manager at Love Thornbury who has also been nothing but helpful and professional.
