From start to finsih Eve waa very suppprtive and extremely informative about the whole process of selling. She demonstrated excellent negotiation skills getting a great result for me. Highly recommend Eve to all my friends and family, and will use her in the future.
We have a great experience dealing with Eve and it has been a great pleasure working with her in selling our property. She has amazing eye for detail and was very particular in styling of our property during the sale process. She was also great at communication with buyers and providing us feedback during the sale campaign. She has incredible knowledge of many areas in Sydney and is continually researching sales of properties and is always very well informed of the market. We had 7 bidders registered at our auction in time on market in which some properties are passing in or have very few bidders. She took extra effort to point out the posatives of our properties to prospective buyers and ensured maximum attendance at auction She accommodated inspections outside open house time to prospective buyers which boosted auction attendance. I cannot recommend eve evough. She has been such a delightful person to work with and I am truely thankful for her tremendous effort in selling our place.
