Patrick is a very nice person and a professional with valuable knowledge and communication skills. His experience is supported by the sale of similar properties on the local area. But our property is one of the kinds. The property set right on the verge of the west side of Burns Bay water view area. The property views are a calming and relaxing overview of treetops and natural essence. The property for sale is different from most apartments in the area. Our property price was calculated based on history of other sold properties in the area and unique lux category of inclusions, finishes and presentation. But a low perception of the inclusions and low confidence of the aggregated value of the agents, generated issues of underestimation on the price of the property. Therefore, the initial property price given to interested people on enquires was very low compared to our asking realistic price. During the sale campaign we have to request changes on the property descriptions and introduction to the interested parties inspecting our property. We noticed that many of the main upgraded items were not showed as a contributor of the property realistic value. But, after difficult and long negotiations between the real estate agents and a very interested party, we received a more realistic offer that was not far from our set price. The offer was accepted and the property SOLD!

James and his team were honest with their appraisal and highlighted areas to improve the selling price. Their strategy for the sale was to ensure the best price for the property and although the property did not sell at auction, there was no concern that it would not sell! They simple moved onto the next phase of the plan. Negotiations were intense at times but always tilted towards obtaining the best price. James and Jade were easy to communicate with, available at any time, returned all correspondence promptly and no problem was too small to discuss.
Having met Rebecca a couple of years ago while inspecting a unit, I was impressed by her professional, warm and friendly manner and her shared love of dogs.
