Selling our townhouse in Warrnambool turned out to be a far more challenging process than we originally expected. Given the location, views and overall quality of the property, we initially thought it would sell quickly. However, the three-storey layout and stairs limited the buyer pool considerably, with many potential buyers being downsizers who ultimately wanted something single level.
