I’d been trying to buy for months and experienced many poor agents in other agencies before landing on Chris. He did such a good job. He returned my calls (you’d think that would be a given but no, it’s actually rare), he was reasonable, he worked with me and the vendor to reach a reasonable outcome. The paperwork and process was easy and error free.
