A Quick Turnaround

My Unit was only on the market 1 month before it was sold. Fiona co-ordinated the moving out of the current tenants during the sale period and finalised the rental issues on my behalf. A number of buyers had placed offers and Fiona managed the negotiation of those to get very close to my asking price.
