This was a unique property to sell as it was owned and run by a manager who allowed it to become very run down and dirty this made it very difficult to present especially during home opens as a home that has received no care or love is not a home its just a building (a very dirty building). There was also some follow up work required to remove a large amount of disused furniture linen and kitchen utensils that was managed extremely well. Francesca advised us of some extremely good settlement agents and building inspector and she was easy to deal with and we never felt as though we were out of the loop.
