I had an excellent experience buying this property from George as selling agent. The pictures and description of the listing were great - no trick photos and no photo-shopping. The price guide was spot-on and slightly lower than what we eventually paid to buy the property. George was very easy to deal with. He does what he says and communicated clearly, honestly and regularly. This enabled us to complete the due diligence smoothly and quickly.
