Francois Vassiliades of LJ Hooker was very efficient and exceeded the result we wanted selling.

Francois was very positive about our unit selling well and followed through with a superb result. Easy to discuss details with him. He looked and sounded like a capable and knowledgeable agent. Quick planning and execution. The unit was well marketed, he organised the staging suitable to the unit which I think helped the sale enormously. It sold on the first inspection and he subsequently negotiated an excellent sale price very well. All paperwork was easily handled and processed. We definitely recommend him to future sellers and buyers.

Very proactive
