Fraser did a very good job with the sale of my aging father's house. This was not an easy sell, as the market was soft and my father had moved into an aged care home, so noone was living in the house during the selling period. Fraser did a great job of negotiating between my father, my brother and myself ... all of us living in different countries. He organised builders, gardeners, and pool maintenance people without me having to intervene. I would strongly recommend Fraser to anyone!
