We recently purchased a property listed by Frederico and his team. I found him to be polite and respectful in all our dealings, he followed up without being pushy, he provided me with any information I asked for in a timely manner, and quoted one of the more accurate price guides we've experienced while searching. He and his team made themselves available for inspections outside of the listed times. The building and pest report they organised was detailed and thorough. The styling and presentation of the house was on point. In my opinion, and acknowledging that the agent works for the vendor and not for the buyer, this was a great experience and all you could hope for when purchasing.
