Our experience was pretty positive throughout our journey as buyers.. we felt that the vendor probably was difficult to manage by the real estate agent so throughout the process there was some lack of clarity but in the end we were happy to have been successful. We were a little disappointed there was no champagne as a gift from our agent either.. many friends had received a bottle upon signing contracts or at settlement and so I would recommend this practice as it’s a nice touch when you are essentially making the most expensive purchase of your life.
