I think selling a property is more stressful than buying one, particularly when you're in a chain! Having sold a property before, I've previously been frustrated by lack of information and updates to help manage my own personal expectations. Not the case when you work with Frederico! I found Frederico and his team to be highly engaged and forthcoming with how my sale was progressing and how my property sat compared to others.
