We are selling our property at the wrong time of the market and we did not get much interests after 4 weeks of opening. On the Auction day no one registered to bid. Very disappointed we were thinking of putting the property back to rental. A distressed buyer who failed in quite a few auctions appeared on the auction day. Frederico found out this is the only opportunity for us and the buyer and he began to worked closely with the buyer and us and finally got out property sold!
