Selling while interstate. For someone currently living interstate it was very important for me to have someone I could trust to sell my home and I knew I could trust Frederico to sell my Petersham property. He had sold a house through auction in my street when I was still living in the Inner West with a good result. He was known by my neighbours and other friends in the Inner West to be reliable. When asking people for recommendations his name always came up. I’d unfortunately had another agent managing my rental for the year after I moved interstate and considerable damage was done to my unit by the tenants in that time.
