Results exceeded expectations!

Super happy with Frederico. I actually looked at recent sales in the area and saw the great result of an apartment nearby and told my hubby I'm getting him as our agent. Frederico was professional and friendly and in our first meeting was already strategising what we can do to get people looking through our place even before it listed. He worked a lot behind the scenes and kept my expectations reasonable. So on sale date we were suprised at the huge sale price way over reserve. Super happy with the experience.
