Frederico demonstrated excellent local knowledge and was amenable to all of our requests. From the beginning he clearly explained the whole sales process, from marketing, styling the home and auction promotion. We were confident of a sale and were not disappointed. On the day of the auction, Frederico did a fantastic job in helping us achieve our target price, even when there was only one bidder. He has a great team with him, and they all work together seamlessly to get the best results.
