Frederico helped the reviewer sell this property

Why we have recommended Frederico

Frederico was always very professionally and we were very fortunate to have him as our Real Estate Agent. Just to give you some background We have known Frederico for some years now, first when he rented the apartment owned by my wife and son and then when he recently managed its sale by auction. At all times I found him to act very professionally and caring in that 1. He had our best interest at heart 2. Returned phone calls and e-mails promptly 3. We made decisions and plans for both renting and sale together 4. He put together a very good marketing and sales plan 5. Was good under pressure during his first auction 6. Organised training for his staff to benefit the agency And one of the things that amazed me was that he did all this whilst he successfully completed a University Degree! He has a lot of energy and is well organised. Perhaps the biggest compliment we could pay is that we would be more than happy to recommend Frederico to other Real Estate clients.
