He was brilliant!

Imagine it: Frederico has had our Petersham apartment on the market for two weeks when corona virus hits Australia. The stock market plunges and already people are nervous to look at property, let alone make a substantial financial commitment... We could not fault the way Frederico guided us through this economic maelstrom, reducing our expectations of how much we might sell for, explaining the costs of taking the property off market, updating us daily on potential buyers. But he wasn’t just helping us. He assisted the party who eventually bought our property by explaining the reason why an amendment to the contract was requested, given the corona virus. It was this amendment that effectively sealed the deal. And then, guess what? Frederico actually drove to us in Bathurst, contract in hand, to exchange. Job done in three weeks and the week before the ban on open-house inspections. Really, what more could we have asked for? And, need I add, we were delighted to receive a fair price for the apartment, $10,000 above the price we initially asked Frederico to achieve. We were very happy indeed and would not hesitate to recommend Frederico Fraga-Matos. He was named Petersham Agent of the Year for 2020 and, to our minds, thoroughly deserves the accolade.
