Frederico is a rare find amongst realestate agents and a true consultative seller, who professionally manages every aspect of the legally and technically laden process of selling a property, to produce an outcome that easily exceeds expectations. This assessment not only relates to delivering a sale price that was more than expected, but also, to being ahead of the curve on all of the aspects of managing the sales process, so that it sails smoothly both for the vendor and the buyer. Another rare quality amongst his peers is his authenticity, his thorough and open approach and his setting of realistic expectations, timeframes and processes. These are all signs that he not only knows the balance between supply and demand in his area, but also that he never sets an expectation that is unrealistic or unreasonable. There is a thin ethical line in the advocacy Realestate Agents are required to navigate between vendor and buyer, that I have, over the years, seen many abuse. I feel, this poor approach, from many of Frederico's colleagues, for the longest time, has reflected the reason why Real Estate Agents have languished in a perceived lowly status due to many agents willingness to exploit this position of responsibility.
