I really liked working with Gareth. I found him to act with integrity throughout. He was able to achieve an outstanding result for me - around 10% above my price. He is very professional and responded very fast to all emails, texts and voicemails (when he couldn't take a call). He had great advice on how to advertise the property to get the maximum coverage and interest. Although, I spent a couple of extra thousand on letterbox drops and the ads, it ensured the highest probability of us getting that buyer who was willing to pay the highest price. We had 3 super buyers who blasted ahead of where the rest of the buyers were. It was because he was able to get them to compete that we were able to get such a great result. He took care of everything - even getting the unit repainted, carpeted, cleaned and filled with display furniture that made it look as spacious and warm as possible.
