Gareth initiated my sale by "piggybacking" on the sale (by him) of a similar uniy in the same building, which sale left some buyers without a unit to buy, My Unit fitted their needs and we achieved a good price although somewhat less than what Gareth had indicated we would get. I communicated mainly by email, his replies were always prompt and relevant. All in all I rate him very highly.
