With a legacy passed down by his father, Warren McCamey, Garrick has a vision for a real estate future that serves South Perth, Kensington, Como, Victoria Park and its surroundings with fresh energy, innovation, integrity and knowledge.
One of the youngest graduates to receive a Triennial Certificate in Western Australia, Garrick worked as Principal and Director of a South Perth agency for nine successful years. Making the decision to ‘up stumps’ and leave Perth, Garrick took a position in the South West, opening an office for a well-established agency and managing their property management department.
Property Management has a special place in Garrick’s heart, having commenced as a property manager over twenty years ago. He thoroughly enjoys the challenge of constantly pushing the boundaries, improving day-to-day processes, and enhancing the service to tenants and landlords alike.
