It was a pleasure working with Garth, he made the purchase as easy as possible, with perfect local knowledge and excellent people skills. If I buy more properties he'll be my agent again for sure!

While I expect some lessening of responsiveness, what we received in way of ANY kind of support was completely missing, and we could palpably feel the lack of interest. The total lack of communication in reply to any request was completely lacking in professionalism or courteousy. Asked for information about the house, things we could not work out ourselves...well not only did we rarely get any replies (1 out of 5 questions asked, which took a week (!) to get the reply to), and I am still waiting on responses from some questions, 2 months later...I have since also cancelled these requests, because I literally am not waiting to not hear anything from Garth any further. As someone who's career was as a customer service and process improvement specialist, hired by local and global enterprises and Australian federal government branches; I would give Garth a 1/10 for his sales effort, and the 1/5 as per this is only because I can't make it 1/10. In any business FUTURE sales depend on customer service, and repeat business even more so. If you work in an industry, where you want customers to come to you when they onsell their home(s), then even a basic level of courteousness and professionalism to potential new customers is MASSIVELY important. Garth's actions have directly made it abundantly clear that we cannot use Crown Properties ourselves, due to completely lacking customer service and communication through and after the purchasing process. As an aside, the treatment, and attitude of your rental staff, is in the same level of professionalism. With rental managers making snide remarks, and then totally ignoring us; as well as the above, not only are we actively going to avoid your company for future purchases and sales, we are going to tell everyone we know to do the same. If you are going to use a slogan like "Crown Properties (Qld) is dedicated to professional services and achieving optimum results in every Real Estate transaction." Then BE it!

Garth was very approachable and responded to every one of our enquiries in a fast and thorough manner. He was also very knowledgeable and resourceful in finding information if he didn't know something. Couldn't have been more satisfied with our real estate agent. We'll definitely use him again and recommend to everyone.

Garth managed to sell our home twice within 4 weeks of it going to market. The First sale fell through but he had a second higher offer available shortly thereafter. Garth had the best interests of us, the Vendor, at heart while being honest in his approach to selling our home.
