It was an absolute pleasure to purchase a unit with Gary's assistance. He kept me very well informed throughout the process, persevered with difficult negotiations and delays on the vendor's part, and was always patient with my requests. Being in Brisbane made for a long distance sale which was a concern for me. Despite having reservations about an auction, Gary appeared to have done a good deal of work in the area sounding out potential buyers. With a small market, we were never going to make a killing, but a key factor was selling the property in a timely manner. Gary arranged the auctioneer who clearly explained the process, and the auction provided me with a sale for the minimum reserve, but in a time frame I needed. I would use Gary again for this location. His communication via phone and email through the process was a big plus for me.
