Fred and I would like to thank Gary for all the hard work he put in to sell our house on Goodwood Road within 5 weeks. Gary sat down with us and worked out a plan for marketing that suited us well.We had four Saturdays of open house and on the 5th Saturday we went to auction. After the auction Gary negotiated well with a buyer that was really interested and got us a price that was above and beyond our expectations. He kept us informed of all the details with phone calls and emails and was always available to help us out if we needed to ask any questions. Because we sold so quickly we had to start looking for a new home straight away and once again Gary helped us with that. He found houses that he thought would suit us and eventually we found what we wanted but it was with another agent. Gary made all the arrangements for us to view the house and helped us right up to the signing of the contract. He put himself out to help us right to the end. We were so happy with how smooth everything went and we would definitely recommend Gary to anyone that wants to sell their home. We had a very difficult sale, which was very sensitive as family members were involved however due to his wide experience Gary handled every aspect very well.
