When you meet him, he's exactly as you imagine - very friendly and easy to talk to, and most importantly, he knows his business. Having sold so many homes, his knowledge of the market is second to none, and I found him always to be very honest and helpful. His entire team is terrific and they certainly put in the hours marketing my home leading up to the auction.
